The Annovi Reverberi Group, already widely established in the industrial sector with the production of high-pressure piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, pressure washers and electric motors, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Ghirri Motoriduttori S.r.l., a Formigine (MO) company specializing in the design and production of worm, coaxial, planetary, right-angle and special gearboxes.
The acquisition,” reads the official note, “represents a strategic step for the Annovi Reverberi Group in expanding its product range and consolidating its leadership position in the industrial market.
Ghirri Motoriduttori S.r.l. is recognized for its excellence in the design and manufacture of gearmotors used in a wide range of sectors such as: ceramic, mechanical, agricultural, marine, food, industrial cleaning and chemical-pharmaceutical.
