LeadCrest Capital Partners expands Italian footprint with further acquisition of Adeo.
LeadCrest Capital Partners, the first fund dedicated exclusively to sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments in Europe, has announced the addition of two new stores to its retail warehouse portfolio in Italy. The investment was made through an Italian real estate fund managed by Polis Fondi SGR.
The portfolio includes two modern retail warehouses totaling more than 17,000 square meters: The first facility, built in 2013, is located in Vicenza; the second asset was completed in the second half of 2023 and is located in Caserta. Both assets are built to high ESG standards and are equipped with solar panels.
