BricoBravo continues its expansion and moves into the German market. In fact, after the French site – online for little more than a year for users in France, Belgium and Luxembourg – BricoBravo has expanded its business to Germany and Austria, thanks in part to a strategy that has expanded the team drawing from other countries.
“Opening up to new markets is an important step that fills us with satisfaction and new expectations,” Alessandro Samà, CEO for BricoBravo explains. “The choice of expanding into France has proved extremely positive, it has made us more aware and better equipped to manage foreign markets, helping to opening the path to new internationalization projects. German consumers are much more likely to make use of e-commerce than their Italian counterparts and we expect a significant penetration on the key market”.
The German site de.bricobravo.com mirrors the Italian site, maintaining a clear style and interface designed to optimize the user experience. On the homepage there is a lot of space for the big brands and the most clicked categories by season, to simplify navigation. It also shows current offers with the many promotions proposed on the multilingual site, like Bravissimi, Promos Flash (Sconti Flash in Italy) and the Outlet section with discounts of up to 80%.
German users will have access to all the services already available on the Italian and French site, starting with the Bravo Card, the loyalty programme that gives members points they turn into discounts to use for subsequent orders, through to payments for orders over 100 euro and 60 day returns.
