Ghirri Motoriduttori S.r.l."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Annovi Reverberi Group, already widely established in the industrial sector with the production of high-pressure piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, pressure washers and electric motors, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Ghirri Motoriduttori S.r.l., a Formigine (MO) company specializing in the design and production of worm, coaxial, planetary, right-angle and special gearboxes.<\/h2>\n\n<p>The acquisition,&#8221; reads the official note, &#8220;represents a strategic step for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.annovireverberi.it\/\" title=\"\">Annovi Reverberi Group <\/a>in expanding its product range and consolidating its leadership position in the industrial market.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghirri.it\/\" title=\"\">Ghirri Motoriduttori S.r.l. <\/a>is recognized for its excellence in the <strong>design and manufacture<\/strong> of gearmotors used in a wide range of sectors such as: ceramic, mechanical, agricultural, marine, food, industrial cleaning and chemical-pharmaceutical.<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to welcome G.M.
