Amazon&#8217;s direct business.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Amazon announced that  <strong>Prime Day, July 11 broke all records  <\/strong>of daily sales in the company&#8217;s history, and in total the just-concluded Prime Days operation in July totaled  <strong>More than 375 million items purchased worldwide<\/strong>, with savings of more than $2.5 billion for Prime subscribers exceeding 200 million.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"62539\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>As can be seen <strong>from the chart compiled by foxintelligence by NielsenIQ<\/strong>, Amazon&#8217;s Prime Days in Italy has been a major success, ranking, with Austria, among the European countries most sensitive to this kind of promotion.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Most searched categories: brico and garden in 3rd place<\/h2>\n\n<p>This year, Amazon offered more deals than any previous Prime Day event, with Home, Fashion and Beauty among the best-selling deals categories worldwide.<\/p>\n\n<p>Merchants who participated in Prime Day activities, in total,  <strong>Have seen more than a 10-fold increase in daily orders Buy with Prime<\/strong>  and an 8-fold increase in daily revenue from such orders during the Prime Day event period compared to the month before Prime Day was announced .<\/p>\n\n<p>Also with regard to the <strong>foxintelligence by NielsenIQ surveys<\/strong>, as usual the category most rewarded by sales, in value, is computers and electronics products, with peaks of 46 percent in the Netherlands, followed by electromedicals, which accounted for 20 percent of sales in France.<\/p>\n\n<p>As for the diy-garden category, apart from the Netherlands, it represents the third largest in all other European countries analyzed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Italy turns out to be, like the UK, positioned quite well, with 11 percent of the total<\/strong>, considering that the nation where the most items in the category were sold was Germany (15 percent), while the one where brico-garden did not perform was, precisely, the Netherlands with only 4 percent of sales.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
