{"id":32197,"date":"2019-04-10T23:34:40","date_gmt":"2019-04-10T21:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/?p=32197"},"modified":"2019-04-10T23:49:24","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T21:49:24","slug":"bricofer-announces-the-closing-of-self-italia-acquisition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/en\/retail\/bricofer-announces-the-closing-of-self-italia-acquisition\/","title":{"rendered":"Bricofer announces the closing of Self Italia acquisition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Referencing the agreement of the same name,\u00a0<strong>Bricofer Italia S.p.A.<\/strong>\u00a0has recently <strong>announced the closing of the acquisition <\/strong>of the company branch of <strong>Self Italia S.r.l.<\/strong> that took place at the office of notary Bima in <strong>Turin<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The acquisition was completed by <strong>payment of the entire sum agreed by the parent company Bricofer Italia S.p.A, which was<\/strong> assisted in the transactions by the legal offices of attorney Dario Martella in Rome for legal considerations, Studio Gentile for fiscal considerations and Paolo Sabbatucci, for considerations regarding workers rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">It was an operation with significant strategic value for the <b>Bricofer<\/b> Group begun in March 2018, when it leased the company branch owned by Selfitalia S.r.l. that had more than <strong>600 collaborators<\/strong>, <strong>28 shops under the Self<\/strong> brand, and its <strong>Central Management<\/strong> in Rivalta in Turin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The transaction, which had a high impact in economic and territorial terms, created important value helping to <strong>strengthen the core business of the Bricofer Group on a national scale.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The objective of preventing the wind up of Self, historic DIY brand<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> in the north of Italy for more than 30 years and the loss of jobs for hundreds of families was achieved, and a large <strong>Italian manufacturing group<\/strong> created to become a point of reference in the sector, combining the potential and know how of <strong>Bricofer, Ottimax and Self brands<\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Referencing the agreement of the same name,\u00a0Bricofer Italia S.p.A.\u00a0has recently announced the closing of the acquisition of the company branch of Self Italia S.r.l. that took place at the office of notary Bima in Turin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":22078,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"event_place_name":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2707],"tags":[3346,3093,3347],"posizione":[],"class_list":["post-32197","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-retail","tag-acquisition","tag-bricofer-en","tag-self-italia-en"],"aioseo_notices":[],"jetpack_featured_media_url":"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/diyandgarden.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/self-ten.jpg?fit=799%2C400&ssl=1","jetpack-related-posts":[{"id":69569,"url":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/en\/production\/annovi-reverberi-acquires-g-m-ghirri-motoriduttori-s-r-l\/","url_meta":{"origin":32197,"position":0},"title":"Annovi Reverberi acquires G.M.
