{"id":31183,"date":"2019-02-20T10:17:19","date_gmt":"2019-02-20T09:17:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/?p=31183"},"modified":"2019-02-22T12:04:10","modified_gmt":"2019-02-22T11:04:10","slug":"bricoman-to-open-in-venegono-varese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diyandgarden.com\/en\/retail\/bricoman-to-open-in-venegono-varese\/","title":{"rendered":"Bricoman to open in Venegono (Varese)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Having passed up the opportunity to open in Ponte Vedano, the retail chain belonging to Adeo secured, on December 10th last year, the possibility of setting up a new outlet in <strong>Venegono Inferiore<\/strong>, near Varese, Italy.<\/p>\n<p>Bricoman Italia srl\u2019s intention to press ahead with its development of \u201cArea di Trasformazione \u201cAT6: ex s.s. Varesina II\u201d was approved by a resolution that was passed with three votes in favour and two against.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation plan envisages the construction of a commercial site to be allocated to a medium-sized retail store organised as a \u201cforma unitaria-centro commerciale aggregato (single format \u2013 aggregated shopping centre)\u201d, covering a \u201c<strong>gross maximum overall floor area of around 4,971.56 square metres<\/strong>\u201d, while an area of almost 5,000 sqm will be given over to parking.<\/p>\n<p>As is usual, the deal will also include <strong>the necessary works involving the road system<\/strong>, such as the building of a new roundabout, and adjustments to the surrounding roads.
